It’s a dreary day outside – all the better to come in and watch the Tas Open Handicap Singles being played at the Hobart Club this weekend. Games are being played over three divisions with some great spectacles likely.
Going into the final singles of the Percy, Melbourne have a slender 4/2 lead.
Happell and Richardson have also beaten the Booths in the only doubles played so far.
Bradfield vs Allen is on at the moment with the other 2 doubles matches to be played tomorrow.
2/2 in the singles, and the only doubles game played so far falling to Hobart
Aus Am Doubles:
Semi finals to be played later on today – Happell/Richardson vs Guest/Hince ; Boyles/Ramsay vs Booth/Booth
Aus Am B:
Macauley/Hurburgh vs Holloway/Brunhuber -next on court; the winner to meet Kerin/Legg in the final tomorrow
Lots of exciting tennis still to come….
